Clikfile provides tax and business support services in four areas:

  • Registration: GST, company, trade mark, IEC code and Startup India registration
  • Financial Report: project report, CMA data, business valuation and pitch deck
  • Outsourcing: finance and accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, record to report and virtual CFO for startups
  • Compliance: ROC compliance, GST returns and income tax

The exact scope of any service is agreed with you before work begins.

Our fees are agreed with you before work starts. Unless we say otherwise, government fees, statutory charges and other third-party costs are charged separately. Payments must be made as agreed, and we may pause work if payments are delayed.

07Scope of work and timelines

We work within the scope agreed with you. Timelines depend on how quickly you share complete documents and on the processing time of the relevant authorities. Delays outside our control do not count as a failure on our part.

08Confidentiality

We treat your information and documents as confidential and use them only for the purpose of your service, except where the law requires us to disclose them. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

09Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and other content on our website belong to Clikfile. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Reports and documents prepared for you are for your own use in your business.
